The Pro Suite pipeline.
Five inbound channels. One automated pipeline. +$169,320 in verified incremental revenue for a local appliance-repair company — built, deployed, and operated by one engineer.
All Fixed Appliance Repairs is a real shop in Fredericksburg, Virginia — one operator, one phone number, and the same problem every service business has: most inbound calls never became jobs. Calls got missed on ladders and under sinks. Voicemail went unanswered because callers don't leave voicemails anymore. Web visitors bounced without booking.
The Pro Suite is the fix, and it isn't three products so much as one pipeline with five front doors: inbound voice, web chat, voicemail transcription, a booking link, and missed-call detection. Whatever door a customer walks through, the same machinery runs — AI structured extraction pulls the who/where/what, a dedup engine matches against the CRM at 98%+ accuracy, the job is auto-created in Kickserv, and the operator gets an SMS with everything already filled in. When SMS hits a landline, the system notices and schedules an AI callback instead.
What it changed
Revenue went from $235,568 to $404,888 in twelve months — +71.9%, with job volume up 80% and Google-attributed jobs up 130%. Growth was broad across every service line, which rules out one-big-customer explanations. The operator's job changed from "field every call" to "show up to the booked appointment." Every number is verifiable against CRM revenue reports and Google Business Profile insights.
The engineering
Voice Pro runs on raw Twilio Media Streams into the OpenAI Realtime API over hand-managed WebSockets, with Amazon Polly neural voices across eight hand-translated languages. Chat Pro deploys onto the customer's existing website — no site replacement — and writes into the same CRM with the same dedup. Site Pro is the React 19 operator dashboard where every lead lands in real time. The whole system respected the customer's existing stack instead of forcing a migration; the lift came from making what they already had actually convert.
