Who we are

Mid-Atlantic AI LLC ("we," "us") operates midatlantic.ai. Contact: john@midatlantic.ai.

What we collect

• Form submissions. If you request an audit or send a message, we receive what you typed — name, business, contact details, and your description of your situation. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
• Hosting analytics. The site is served by Cloudflare, which provides us aggregate traffic analytics (page views, countries, referrers). We don't run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

What we do with it

Respond to you, prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, and keep normal business records. Audit drafts may be prepared with AI assistance, but every audit is personally reviewed by a human before it's sent to you, and your submission is not used to train any model.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your information.
• Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
• Share your details with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site (hosting, email delivery), or if the law requires it.

Retention & your choices

We keep correspondence as long as it's useful for serving you, then delete it. Want your submissions deleted sooner, or a copy of what we hold about you? Email john@midatlantic.ai and it's handled — same-day reply, like everything else.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes get a plain-language note, not buried legalese.
